The space

The serene surroundings will leave you feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to encounter the adventures of West Virginia.
☀ On the main floor, you will find two bedrooms, with a queen bed. Upstairs, is a big loft bedroom with 2 twin beds and a walk-out deck overlooking the wooded terrain. A sleeper Sofa is available too.
☀ A full bath off the main area and another full bath off one of the queen bedrooms
☀ Fully equipped kitchen
☀ Coffee station is provided with both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot

☀Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☀Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied

We love hosting pets! We happily welcome up to two dogs at our home with an added pet fee of $75/pet. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!

Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

Guest interaction

Your satisfaction is my top priority. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after booking that may include information on how to check in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details. As you get closer to your check-in date, you will receive a message from us that will include the door key code and other details. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please message us on the booking platform anytime!

House Rules

We ask that our guests please treat our home as yours. We kindly ask you to abide by these rules and guidelines. Thank you!

☀ Our home accommodates up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please no extra guests. An additional charge of $50.00 per person per night will incur for any additional guests. Infants (children under 2 years old) don’t count to the maximum guest capacity.
☀ No loud music or voices will be tolerated. Please be respectful of quiet hours after 9 PM.
☀ Please do not bring inside furniture outside or move furniture around.
☀ Lost items: Please double-check that you have all your items. Any items left behind are not the responsibility of the host.
☀ No smoking or vaping allowed in the home ($250 fee for odor removal, duct and furniture cleaning.)
