The number of guests may not exceed the limit stated on the listing.

4. Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
5. Smoking and Substance Rules
No smoking or vaping indoors.
Outdoor smoking must occur 25 feet from structures.
Illegal drugs prohibited.
6. Pets
Allowed only if the listing states so; guest assumes all responsibility for pets.
7. Property Care
Guests agree to:
Leave the property reasonably clean
Not move furniture or tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or equipment
Report damages immediately
Damage beyond normal wear may incur charges.
8. Fire Safety
Follow all burn bans
Never leave fires unattended
Extinguish fires completely
9. Prohibited Activities
Fireworks
Weapons discharge
Trespassing
Illegal activity
Off‑road vehicles in restricted areas
10. Lost Items
Getaway Haus LLC is not responsible for items left behind; retrieval may incur fees.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

Guest acknowledges inherent risks associated with outdoor properties, including:
Wildlife, insects, uneven terrain
Fire pits, grills, heaters
Weather conditions
Natural hazards (tree branches, flooding, etc.)
Guest voluntarily accepts all such risks.
2. Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guest releases:
Getaway Haus LLC, owners, members, employees, contractors, and affiliates
from all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or death resulting from:
Property use
Accidents or incidents
Natural conditions
Guest negligence
Actions of other guests or third parties
3. Indemnification
Guest agrees to indemnify Getaway Haus LLC for:
Damages caused by Guest, pets, or invitees
Legal fees resulting from Guest's actions
Violations of these Terms
4. Safety Responsibilities
Guest agrees to:
Supervise minors
Follow all posted rules
Use equipment responsibly
Immediately report hazards
5. Emergency Services
Guest acknowledges emergency response services may be limited or delayed in rural locations.
Termination / Access Restriction
