This cottage has two gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, plus luxury bedding with quilts for long nights of blissful sleep. The first bedroom has a King-sized bed with a spacious closet. The second bedroom has 2 beds, 1 twin trundle bed, and a single bed with an extra pull-out, perfect for kids or extra family and friends.

You have access to the George Washington National Forest! An old logging road on our property leads you up to “Sunset Ridge”, a 20’ x 24’ deck we built 120 feet above The Sanctuary Cottage. No ATVs or any motorized vehicle is allowed on George Washington National Forest, but there is hunting for deer, bears, and turkeys.
*A Kroger store is about 9.4 miles away from the house.

☆ This is a smoke-free vacation rental. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the premises. A smoking fee of $500 will be added if this occurs.
