🌵 Please be respectful of the property & cleaning team by picking up after your dog 😇
🌵 Pets MUST be crated when left alone (not in closed bathroom or bedroom). Must be in a dog crate if left alone.
🌵 We charge $50 per pet per stay, up to 2 max.
🌵 No loud music or voices will be tolerated. Please be respectful of quiet hours after 9PM. If we get a noise complaint from neighbors, the city, or Airbnb, we will charge a $500 fee.
🌵 In an effort to keep dust down, please remove shoes inside.
🌵 Ask us about events or filming.
🌵 Please do not bring inside furniture outside or move furniture around.
🌵 Lost items: Please double check that you have all your personal items. Any items left behind are not the responsibility of the host.
