🐻 Please be respectful to the home and those around you. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately.
🐻 Pets MUST be crated when left alone (not in closed bathroom or bedroom. Must be in a dog crate if left alone).
🐻 Our housekeepers drains, sanitizes, refills, and replenishes chemicals in the hot tub prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Please keep the hot tub set no lower than 95° or more than 104° at all times. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
🐻 Lost items: Please double check that you have all your personal items. Any items left behind are not the responsibility of the host.
